New Scotland Yard

The Metropolitan Police Service moved into New Scotland Yard, Broadway, in 1967 from the Norman Shaw Building. New Scotland Yard was originally an office block that was acquired under a long-term lease. The building is to be demolished to make way for a new residential, office and retail scheme.

We have recently commenced a project for Barratt London at Lombard Wharf in Battersea, London SW11. The project is situated on the banks of the River Thames located adjacent to the Cremorne Rail Bridge just across from Chelsea Harbour.

Canada House

Canada House is the home of the Canadian High Commission to the UK, a building originally designed by the architect of the British Museum. Extensive refurbishment of two adjoining listed buildings, culminating in an official opening by Her Majesty The Queen in April 2015.

BBC Television Centre

BBC Television Centre was the headquarters of the BBC from 1960 until 2013. After being sold in 2012, it is being developed into an entertainment and leisure hub, along with offices and around 1,000 new homes.

Temperate House, Kew

Temperate House opened in 1862 and is the largest surviving Victorian glasshouse in the world. Major refurbishment started in 2013, and continues to this day, to bring this incredible Grade I listed building back to its former glory.

Angel Court

Angel Court is a Victorian building located in London’s Square Mile. Two adjoining buildings were to undergo refurbishment. Linked passageways weave around the building posing a logistical challenge for our designers and operatives.
